Mix ham, oats, onions, eggs and milk and shape in 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place sauerkraut, applesauce and caraway seed in bottom of casserole dish or 8-inch square pan.
Place ham rolls on top of kraut mixture. Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
