Place potatoes along bottom and sides of 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 10 minutes.
Mix ham, broccoli, 1/2 onions, 1/2 cheese, soup, milk and seasoning. Pour over potatoes.
Bake, covered, at 400° for 20 minutes.
Top with remainder of cheese and onions.
Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
