Ham and Mac Bake
Ham And Mac Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (1 2/3 c.), 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, dash of pepper, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 c. cubed, fully cooked ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
In a large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup margarine. Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add milk all at once. Stir in sugar.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in macaroni, ham and apple.
Turn into 2-quart casserole. Combine crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
