Ham And Cheese Pockets is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry, dijon style mustard, 6 oz. sliced swiss cheese, 6 oz. baked or boiled ham and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Take 4-inch squares of pastry and spread lightly with mustard. Top half of each square with strip of cheese and ham.
Fold pastry in half and press edges together and seal with fork.
Place pastries about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Pierce top of each pastry with a fork.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
