Ham and Cheese Delight
Ham And Cheese Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. cooked ham, finely chopped, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 c. shredded sharp processed american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion in butter.
Add ham, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, milk and pepper.
Mix well.
Pour in oblong baking dish and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean. Serves 6.
Great for leftover holiday ham.
