Ham and Cheese Casserole
Ham And Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 potatoes, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. evaporated milk and 2 c. leftover chopped ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice potatoes thinly.
Cook in salted water until tender. Drain.
Melt margarine over low heat; stir in flour and milk. Cook slowly until slightly thickened.
In casserole dish, layer potatoes, ham, cheese and milk mixture, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
May also be cooked on High in microwave for 5 minutes.
