Ham-Agetti Casserole(Microwave)
Ham-Agetti Casserole(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, 2 c. cooked han, cut into cubes or strips, 1 large (1 lb. 14 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, 1 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a 2-quart casserole, microwave (covered) bacon on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove approximately 1/2 the fat.
Add ham, tomatoes, spaghetti, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Cover.
Microwave on High for 18 to 20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
Stir after 8 minutes and once more before cooking is finished.
Finally sprinkle with shredded cheese and microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
Great for leftover Christmas or Easter ham!
