Halvah
Halvah is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. oil (vegetable) and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown flour in a frying pan over low heat, stirring constantly for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
To the flour, add sugar, cinnamon and oil away from heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
Add water and reheat, stirring for 5 minutes until Halvah thickens. Cover and simmer slowly for 5 more minutes.
Fold in walnuts.
Let cool and then cut into squares.
