Halushki
Halushki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 small cabbage, chopped and 1 onion, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix flour, eggs and oil together, adding water as needed to make a dough.
Knead dough, then let set for 1/2 hour.
Roll dough out thin as size should double when cooked.
Cut with a knife or pizza cutter into noodle-like strips or cut into any other shapes or sizes desired.
Place dough cuts into a pan of boiling water and boil for 6 minutes; remove and drain.
