Halibut Chowder
Halibut Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 4-6 potatoes, 1 medium onion, 1/4 tsp. tabasco and 3 c. cheddar cheese (sharp), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

1. Boil water and bouillon.
2. Add vegetables and turn down to simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add fish and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Melt butter in large sauce pan, add flour and stir well adding milk slowly. Stir CONSTANTLY ! until thick.
5. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
6. Mix vegetables and sauce together.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
