Halibut
Halibut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 6-7 oz. halibut fillets, salt and pepper to taste, 4 tbsp. diced onion, 1 tsp. chopped green onion and 6-oz. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Season halibut with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a baking dish and put the onion and green onions on the bottom. Place the seasoned halibut over the onions. Spread the mayonnaise on the halibut.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
Sprinkle with dill weed.
Bake at 350Β° for 20-30 minutes, or until halibut is flaky and crumbs are light brown.
