Half-Moon Cookies
Half-Moon Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate or 6 tbsp. cocoa, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. crisco or butter, softened, 2 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate in large bowl.
Add flour and mix well.
Add remaining three ingredients.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by heaping tablespoonfuls.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 to 20 minutes (depending on size of cookies).
Cool and frost with Buttercream frosting.
