Halakahiki Sausage is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. "fully cooked" smoked pork sausage links, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 (12 oz.) jar peach preserves and 1 (6 oz.) jar mustard (prepared), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut cooked sausage in bite-size pieces.
Combine pineapple and syrup, preserves and mustard in saucepan.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add sausage; simmer 15 minutes.
