Gumdrops
Gumdrops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 tbsp. granulated gelatin, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. water and 1/2 c. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soak gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
Cook sugar and syrup until it reaches 280°.
Do not stir while cooking.
When it reaches 280° add gelatin and lemon juice.
Remove from heat. Divide the mixture into 3 parts.
Add food coloring and flavorings to each mixture.
Pour into square pan so that the depth of the gumdrops will be about 1-inch.
When firm, cut into squares or strips and roll in sugar.
