Guillott'S Eggplants is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium eggplants, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, 3 tsp. cinnamon and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and cut up eggplants.
Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover and cook 15 minutes.
Add sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
Stir well.
Cook slowly 20 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until completely cooked.
