Ground Meat Roll-Ups
Ground Meat Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. lean ground meat, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute onion in oil in skillet.
Add ground meat; cook until brown and crumbly, stirring frequently.
Drain.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add 1/2 cup milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cool.
Roll biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick 18-inch square on floured surface.
Spread with ground meat mixture.
Roll as for jelly roll; seal ends.
Slice into 1 1/2-inch slices.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk, soup, chili powder and catsup in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Serve over roll-ups.
Yields 18 servings.
