Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 or 5 potatoes, sliced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 c. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat and onions in skillet.
Drain grease.
Layer meat and sliced potatoes in casserole dish.
Mix soup and milk.
Pour over potatoes and meat.
Can also add water chestnuts, English peas, corn or any vegetables.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 50 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese on top and brown.
Can be made day before and refrigerated.
