Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots and 1 can golden mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown ground beef and put in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Place onion slices on top; add mixed vegetables.
Next put Tater Tots on top.
Mix water with mushroom soup and spoon on top of casserole, spreading evenly.
Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
