Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, salt and pepper to taste, 1 chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown ground chuck and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together in a very large mixing bowl the soups, pimentos, corn and sour cream; rinse soup cans with small amount of water and add to browned meat.
Cook noodles; drain and add to mixture.
Butter casserole; pour in mixture.
Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes a bunch.
