Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. quick cooking grits, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil.
Slowly stir in grits.
Reduce heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove grits from heat and add a small amount of grits into eggs.
Return to saucepan, stir in sausage, 1 cup cheese, milk and oleo.
Stir until oleo melts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes, or until starts to brown.
