Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grits, 1 stick butter, 1 pkg. garlic cheese or 8 oz. sharp cheddar and 1 tsp. garlic powder or jalapeño cheese, 2 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook grits in 4 1/2 cups salted water. When done, add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted.
Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes or until center is done in a 350° oven.
