Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. grits, 1 stick butter, 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring milk to boil; add grits.
Cook over medium heat until thickened (8 to 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Add butter, roll of cheese and salt.
Stir until melted.
Beat 2 eggs; add 1/2 cup milk and add grits mixture.
Pour into well buttered casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake 15 minutes more.
