Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grits (uncooked), 6 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 1/2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook grits, water and salt 5 minutes or until thick and bubbling.
While hot, add Velveeta, margarine, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce.
When cool, add the well beaten eggs.
Pour into two 8 x 8-inch or one 9 x 15-inch greased casserole.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
May want to let it sit 5 to 10 minutes after baking.
Will firm up as it cools.
Good with pork or ham.
