Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped fine, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 4 thick-cut loin pork chops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix oil, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice; set aside. Score meat on both sides.
Baste with lemon mixture and place on hot grill.
Partially cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes per side. Turn 3 or 4 times, basting occasionally, and season with salt and pepper. For indoor baking, preheat oven to 350Β°.
Baste and place pork chops on racks on baking sheet.
Bake about 30 minutes, turning and basting with lemon mixture.
