Grilled Oysters
Grilled Oysters is an easy dinner. Made with 16 fresh oysters, shucked (save half the shells; once you have the shells this is easy to do with canned oysters), 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, melted, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
