Made with 1 large fillet grouper or amberjack, cut into 4-inch square pieces, 1/2 c. low calorie italian salad dressing, 1/2 c. white or blush wine, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. cavender's greek seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Marinate grouper or amberjack overnight in mixture of all ingredients, except butter and green onions.
Spray grill with nonstick coating.
Place grouper or amberjack directly on hot grill.
Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Take up on warmed platter; pour melted butter and green onions over top. Serve immediately.
