Green Slime Popcorn
Green Slime Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. popped corn (about 1/2 c. unpopped), 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Measure popped corn into large bowl, set aside.
Combine sugars, corn syrup, water, vinegar and food coloring in 2-quart or larger saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, to 260Β° on candy thermometer or hard ball stage (a few drops of syrup dropped into very cold water can be formed with your fingers into a hard ball).
Reduce heat to low, stir in margarine until melted and mixed in.
Pour syrup over popcorn; stir until well coated. Spread out on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Break apart if necessary.
Store in airtight container.
