Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. grated sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute margarine, celery and onions.
Mix with soup, cheese and broccoli.
Add rice.
Pour into long, greased casserole dish. Cook 30 minutes in 350Β° oven.
