Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked, 2 c. precooked rice, cooked, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water and 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute pepper, onions and celery; mix with other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Tuna or chopped chicken may be added.
Serves 8.
