Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white long grain rice, 1 c. diced celery, 2 green bell peppers, chopped, 1 bunch green onions, chopped and 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients in medium-large saucepan and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes.
Reduce to simmer and cook until rice is done, usually 20 to 30 minutes.
