Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. minute rice, cooked, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 small jar cheez whiz, plain or mexican, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute celery and onion in margarine.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, with sauteed celery and onions.
Pour in casserole dish.
Spoon cheese on top of casserole.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°. Serves 6.
