Green Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large green peppers, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 6 oz. liquid pectin, 4 small hot peppers and 1 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chop peppers very fine with blender or food processor. If using blender, add vinegar to peppers.
Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.
Heat to boiling.
