Green Pea Casserole
Green Pea Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans lesueur peas, drained, 1 stick margarine, 1 small velveeta cheese and 1 roll ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put drained peas in long Pyrex dish.
Melt together 1/2 stick margarine and the Velveeta cheese.
Pour over peas.
Crust Ritz crackers and mix with another 1/2 stick of melted margarine.
Put this on top of pea and cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
