Green Pea and Apple Salad
Green Pea And Apple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petits pois, 3 green onions (some tops), thinly sliced, horseradish cream dressing, 1 tart green apple (unpeeled), chopped and 4 to 5 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Rinse peas in colander until just thawed.
Drain thoroughly. Combine the peas, apple and onions and toss lightly with Horseradish Cream Dressing.
Chill.
Fry bacon until crisp and drain.
At serving time, garnish the salad with the bacon.
