Green Gelatin Salad
Green Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small (3 oz.) lime gelatin, 1 small can crushed pineapple (8 oz.), 1 philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz.), softened, 16 large marshmallows and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare gelatin according to package instructions.
Chill until beginning to get firm (about 1 hour).
Do not allow it to get completely firm.
Drain juice from pineapple into small saucepan.
Add marshmallows and melt completely in juice.
Mash cream cheese with a fork in a large bowl.
Add marshmallows and pineapple juice.
Add pineapple and mix thoroughly.
Add pecans. Whip cream until it begins to thicken, then add gelatin and whipped cream.
Mix together until well blended.
Pour into large (13 x 9-inch) glass pan and chill until firm.
Serves 8 to 10.
