Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 12 tortillas, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 1 small can evaporated milk and 1 small can green chiles, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.

Set aside.

In saucepan, combine soup, milk and chiles.

Heat until boiling, stirring often.

Dip tortillas in medium hot grease. Drain on paper towels.

Put small amount of meat mixture on tortillas and roll up.

Place in a greased oblong baking dish. When filled, pour sauce mixture over enchiladas.

Cover with grated cheese.

Place in 350Β° oven until cheese melts.
