Green Dragon Dessert
Green Dragon Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 2 c. cold milk and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
In bowl mix 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding with 2 cups of cold milk.
Beat as directed on package.
It will look like green wallpaper paste.
Completely fold in Cool Whip and softened vanilla ice cream.
Pour over crumbs and top with chocolate chips.
Freeze.
