Green Chili Pie
Green Chili Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can ortega whole green, peeled chilies, 12 to 16 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated, 4 large eggs, beaten and salt, pepper, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Open chilies up and clean out seeds and seams.
Lay out chilies flat in bottom of a 9-inch Pyrex pie plate (like a pie crust).
Put cheese over chilies up to the rim.
Mix beaten eggs and other ingredients.
Slowly spoon eggs over cheese.
Bake in a preheated 275Β° oven for 45 minutes.
