Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. each baking soda and salt and 2 c. low-fat milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray large cast-iron skillet with Pam.

Heat oven to 400Β°. Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Stir in milk, oil and egg whites until fairly smooth.

Fold in chilies and corn.

Spread in skillet.

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Slice like pie and serve.
