Green Chili Corn
Green Chili Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans whole corn, drained, 1 large can green chilies (whole), approximately 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make a white sauce of milk and flour, beating in eggs to thicken.
When thickened, stir in corn.
Butter a 4-quart casserole.
Put about 1/3 of the corn mixture in bottom.
Top with a layer of green chilies, then a layer of cheese.
Repeat until corn is gone. Top off with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350Β°.
