Green Bean Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) cans green beans, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. swiss cheese, slices, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 can durkee french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat green beans thoroughly and drain.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Add Swiss cheese slices and stir to melt over low heat.
Be careful not to scorch. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Pour over green beans and mix well.
Put into casserole dish and top with French fried onions.
Bake at 400Β° until bubbly.
