Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans or 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen french cut green beans, cooked slightly, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in defatted chicken broth. Combine soup, milk and garlic powder.
Add beans, sauteed onions, celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts to soup mixture.
Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs or low-fat cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
