Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 heaping tbsp. flour, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 (16 oz.) cans french-style green beans and 1 1/2 c. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain green beans thoroughly.
Melt margarine in a small saucepan, then add flour.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Mix with green beans and 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
Place mixture in small baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can be doubled and tripled for larger crowds.
