Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat, 2 cans french-style green beans, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 pkg. dried lipton onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook hamburger meat and drain.
Drain green beans and set aside.
Combine the 3 soups with 2 cans of water and mix together. Peel and slice potatoes.
In rectangle pan, put a layer of hamburger meat, then layer of potatoes, then 1 can of green beans. Repeat layers.
Pour soup mixture over.
Bake at 375° to 400° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done, then top with onion rings and bake for 15 minutes more.
