Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans french-style green beans, drained, 1 stick butter or margarine, 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 oz. sliced or pieced mushrooms, drained (save liquid) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter; add cream cheese (chop up for easier melting). Add mushroom liquid, salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms and stir. Add beans and mix well.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour in greased casserole.
Sprinkle onions on top and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
