Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb) cans green beans, 1 (8 oz) sour cream, 1 (8 oz) pkg. swiss cheese slices, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 can durkes french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat green beans thoroughly, drain.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and add swiss cheese slices.
Melt over low heat.
Be careful not to let it scorch. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Pour over green beans and mix well.
Put into casserole dish and top with french fried onions.
Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly.
