Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans french style green beans, drained, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In top of double boiler, combine butter, flour, salt, sugar and grated onion.
Make a paste of this mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add swiss cheese and sour cream.
Mix with beans and put in casserole dish.
Top with corn flakes that have been crumbled, dot with butter and bake at 350Β° for 20 - 25 minutes.
