Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 1 stick margarine.
Add corn, beans, soups, sour cream and cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Melt 4 teaspoons margarine in medium skillet.
Add crackers and stir until slightly brown.
Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350Β° until brown (30 to 40 minutes).
