Greek Style Macaroni Bake
Greek Style Macaroni Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 oz. can tomato paste, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
Combine next 2 ingredients.
Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick (do not boil).
Beat next 3 ingredients.
Gradually stir in sauce.
Add macaroni. Spoon half of macaroni mixture into 2-quart oblong baking dish. Cover with meat mixture.
Top with remaining macaroni.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until set.
