Greek Style Leg of Lamb
Greek Style Leg Of Lamb is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 to 7 lb.) leg of lamb, 1 large lemon, salt, pepper and oregano to taste, 1/4 c. margarine and 4 garlic cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash meat and place in roasting pan.
Make incisions in the lamb in several places and insert cloves of garlic.
Rub lemon juice over entire roast, then salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
After the meat has browned, turn over to brown back side.
Potatoes and carrots may be added, with a small amount of water after lamb has been cooking one hour.
(Add more water if evaporated.)
